I made this recipe for Sea Scallops in Bourbon Jalapeño Cream Sauce as our 2nd course for Valentines Day dinner in. I will never claim to be a chef and I am not good at making things up as I go. But I am great at googling new recipes and if I follow them, then I usually don’t mess it up.
I do not eat scallops but I have made them for Ralph a few times and every time he says I make them perfectly. I know it is one of his favorite. So as a special treat I made these for him and he said it was better than if he had gotten at a restaurant.
