how to make an old fashioned cocktail

One of Ralph’s favorite drinks is an Old Fashioned Cocktail.  He first tried it when we were in NYC at Gallaghers Steak House and he loved it so I had to learn to make it for him.  It has several ingredients so it does take some planning.  But all I want is to make him smile like this!  So, if that means making him an Old Fashioned drink when he needs one, then I am always willing to make sure he has one.

Here is a quick video on how we make the Old Fashioned Cocktail

One of the things about this drink that makes it kind of special is the large ice cubes that we use in it!  We have 4 of them so in case we have guests we have enough to make a few drinks.
