This is a great brunch/lunch menu item.  I enjoy making it for a nice “girls” lunch however, I have made for Ralph a few times and he LOVES it!  Very healthy and filling!

Green Goddess Mayonnaise

Instructions
  1. Make the mayonnaise - Combine all the ingredients in food processor ( basil, tarragon, chives, garlic, lemon zest, salt and mayonnaise) Mix until smooth for a couple of minutes. Chill until needed.
  2. Assemble the sandwiches - Toast the bread and spread thick layer of green goddess mayonnaise on both sides. Top with avocado, mozzarella, tomato, cucumber, sprouts and lettuce.
  3. ENJOY!!
